To this end, students engage intensively with forward-looking and business-relevant topics during their studies and acquire skills in the field of self-management, team management and conflict management. In addition, they expand their subject expertise to include management-relevant business administration skills and develop their communication skills.

To make this possible, the MBA degree course at HSW is deliberately taught in small groups. Students come from a wide range of professions, so the degree course is enriched by diverse professional experiences and backgrounds.

As part of the MBA programme, students have the opportunity to specialise on certain content if they choose to do so and thus develop an individual profile. Choosing a specialisation allows students to view the broad spectrum of general management from a specific perspective and to deepen their scientific knowledge. Of course, the chosen specialisation will also be shown on the degree certificate and the Diploma Supplement.
