      The first semester takes place in Ludwigsburg, the second in Kehl, in the third semester an internship abroad has to be completed, the fourth semester takes place either in Kehl or Ludwigsburg.

    • Those who can prove that they have completed a degree course in administration studies, in particular at a higher education institution of public administration, or in law, economics, or social sciences at a higher education institution or an equivalent academic degree with above-average results may be admitted.
