    • Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The Master’s degree programme "Leadership for Change" focuses on the proactive handling of change and the sustainable promotion of innovation and performance. Drawing on scientific findings based on empirical evidence from various disciplines, participants actively develop and test solutions to specific problems they encounter in their own professional practice.

    • A professionally qualifying degree, i.e. certificate of academic degree with a standard period of study of at least eight semesters (240 CP); At least one year of qualified professional experience and at least six months in a relevant management position.
      Applicants who have a certificate of academic degree worth 210 CP to 240 CP can be admitted to the degree course subject to the other aforementioned admission requirements, if they can demonstrate the missing entry competencies (up to 30 CP) as follows:
      Qualified practical experience, proven by a total of at least 1.5 years of relevant qualified professional experience and at least six months in a relevant management position, or proof of additional CP covering the missing entry competencies through successfully completed continuing education courses, leading to a university certificate. These should demonstrate a connection to management responsibilities. It is possible to combine multiple continuing education courses.
