- Target group The MBA programme is aimed at university graduates of all disciplines On average, the students have been working for five years. The MBA programme imparts leadership skills with a high practical relevance. Students receive individual career advice - even after their studies. - Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The course can be completed in an extended form (up to 21 months). The "Advanced Track" is ideal if you want to expand your knowledge with a wide range of additional electives and want to use your time at HHL to build up a professional network in Germany and beyond. You also have the option of various types of internships or a semester abroad. You can also take German courses, take on the role of a management consultant in a consulting project or take part in our Business Plan Seminar.
