People who want to take more responsibility for their fellow human beings or their organisation and who are willing to participate in the design of a sustainable society. People who are willing to be challenged in their own capacity for reflection and creativity, in constructive thinking, in their ability to communicate and implement, and in their willingness to change. Prerequisite: Successful completion of a first degree (Bachelor’s degree (180/210 ECTS), Master’s degree or completed vocational training (at DQR-6 level)) and at least 2 years of professional experience after completion of the degree. Professional experience is essential. Ideally, even initial management responsibility. The MBA is also open to applicants who have completed DQR level 6 training.
