    • Target group The examination of the media pedagogical perspective of games allows a broad starting point. Journalists, media scientists, educators, communication scientists, game developers and many more are already active in this field and have found access to this topic as lateral entrants. In addition to a basic academic qualification (which is provided to a minimum by a BA degree), the degree course is thus open to a large community of interests. Experience in working with children and young people is an advantage. Professional training is not a necessary entry qualification. A focus on the topics of game and media pedagogy can also be useful for inexperienced people in terms of orientation and specialization.

    • Admission requirements are:

      - Bachelor of Arts and similar degrees with a minimum grade of 2.3 and 210 ECTS. For applicants with a Bachelor's degree with 180 ECTS, up to 30 ECTS can be recognised through alternative achievements.
      - At least one year of professional experience
      - A letter that expresses the motivation for the Master’s (max. 3,000 characters)
