    • Prospective students with a degree comprising 180 credit points (six semesters) have the opportunity to register for the
      Bachelor's degree course in Civil Engineering with a practical semester and to acquire 30 credit points as part of this practical semester. In accordance with section 63 paragraph 2 of the Higher Education Act (HG), upon request, other appropriate knowledge and qualifications acquired in professional practice may be recognised as fulfilling the admission requirement instead. Alternatively, students can register for the Bachelor's degree course in Civil Engineering and complete adjustment modules comprising 30 credit points in accordance with appendix 3.

      (and other qualifications, provided that they are recognised as being equivalent)

      Minimum requirements for first university degree:
      • Minimum grade: 2.50
      • Minimum number of semesters: 7 semesters
      • Required ECTS credits: 210

      For this degree programme, you should have gained your first university qualification in one of the following subjects groups or areas of study:
      • Area of study: Civil Engineering
    • Required practical experience In addition to completing your first university degree, you need the following practical experience to be admitted onto this degree programme:
      • 20 weeks Internship in the field of Bauingenieurwesen
