Annotation of the Higher Education Institution
The course provides comprehensive preparation for a career in the fields of Therapeutic Education / Inclusive Education. Approaches, concepts and methods are taught that expand the educational, development and participatory opportunities of target groups in various areas of life and improve their opportunities for self-determination and quality of life. It also draws on the findings of neighbouring subject areas (e.g. medicine, sociology, psychology, law, ethics, politics) and their perspectives and methods.
Dual study variant:
From the winter semester of 2025/26, the Catholic University of Applied Sciences will also be offering a dual Bachelor's degree course in Therapeutic Education / Inclusive Education at the Münster location. The degree programme begins simultaneously at the university and at a practical training facility. The students will work at both study locations throughout the entire six-semester degree course. - Course Website
