    • Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The Bachelor’s degree programme in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology – International is designed as a full-time degree and comprises eight semesters. The programme is aimed at international prospective students and enables a successful entry into the German job market with a unique teaching concept and the special module composition.

      The first three semesters are taught in English, and German courses integrated into the curriculum complement the technically oriented lecture subjects. From the fourth semester onwards, you can attend lectures in German. The degree course combines modules in classical electrical and information technology for a broad foundation of knowledge. After the practical semester, there are three areas of specialisation to choose from for the seventh and eighth semester.

    • Admission requirements:

      - Higher education entrance qualification from Germany or for international degrees
      - Language requirements (German A1, English B2 (e.g. certificate from the educational institution attesting that courses and examinations were held exclusively in English))
      - A successfully completed aptitude assessment test (online option available). The test consists of mathematics and physics tasks.
      For all applications received from 1 October to 1 December, the online admission test will take place shortly after the end of the application period. The date of the online admission test cannot be chosen individually, but is specified by the Examination Board in the invitation letter. Depending on when the application is received, applicants will receive this invitation letter either in the middle or at the end of the application period.

      Sufficient knowledge of basic science subjects (especially mathematics) is required.
