Does communication between many different partners in the planning and construction process as well as in the operation of buildings not deter you, but rather motivate you?
  Then this Real Estate and Integral Facility Engineering degree course is just right for you!
  
  From the very beginning, the focus is on the property. In the first semester you will get to know the real estate market and its participants. In addition, the necessary general and subject-related foundations are laid in the first two semesters. In the third and fourth semesters, you will acquire specific building services engineering skills before going into practice in the fifth semester. After this practical phase, you will learn and interact with students from the Real Estate and Facility Management degree programme in projects, in-depth elective and planning-oriented modules before completing your Bachelor's thesis at the end of your studies.

  Higher education entrance qualification valid for Hesse.
  A self-organised, pre-study work placement of 12 weeks is required for the Bachelor’s programme. It is recommended to complete this work placement before commencement of studies in order to become familiar with integrated facility engineering in the real estate sector at an early stage.
