    • Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The dual Bachelor's degree programme in Geodata Management (B.Eng.) (GeoDM dual) offers you a course of study integrated in your training with direct practical relevance. The Frankfurt model combines the subject-specific and methodological competencies from the fields of geoinformatics, geodesy and land management as the basis for interdisciplinary, sustainable action.
At its core is the process of collecting, storing and evaluating spatial data from the real world from the point of view of public administration.
The digital provision of data via geodata infrastructures and their visualisation are used in all socially relevant topics. The Frankfurt model also includes the development of social skills and self-competence as key qualifications, which are conveyed through content such as law, process management and project management.

Due to the breadth of the degree course, you will acquire skills, at the interfaces to other professions, that will help you achieve greater transparency and efficiency in cooperation. You will thus become an interdisciplinary link between project partners and also benefit from insights into public administration.
Upon successful completion of the degree course, you will receive both the vocational title “Geomatics Engineer” and the academic title of “Bachelor of Engineering”. This will give you very good opportunities on the job market. Above all, the degree enables you to work in the company in which you began your education in the training-integrated programme. With the “Bachelor of Engineering” degree, you have the opportunity to supplement your education with a Master's degree.
