  Hast du dich schon immer gefragt, wie qualitativ hochwertige Lebensmittel hergestellt und kontrolliert werden? Was bedeutet Lebensmitteltechnologie? Du hast Interesse selbst innovative Lebensmittel zu entwickeln und die Marketingstrategie zu konzipieren?
  
  Warum solltest du Lebensmitteltechnologie an der Hochschule Trier studieren?
  
  Das Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie vermittelt dir ein breites Wissen zu Rohstoffen, Herstellungsverfahren, Haltbarmachung, Verpackung, Qualitätssicherung und Vermarktung von Lebensmitteln.
  Bei uns kannst du in familiärer Atmosphäre lernen, woraus unsere Ernährung besteht. Dabei wirst du in Vorlesungen & Laborpraktika die verschiedenen Eigenschaften der Inhaltsstoffe kennenlernen und u.a. auf Textur, Farbe und Gehalt untersuchen.
  Auf dem Hauptcampus in Trier absolvierst du in 7 Semestern dein Lebensmitteltechnologie-Studium und erwirbst den Abschluss Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.).
