    German as a Foreign Language

    • Target group Persons with a degree course in the subjects of German as a Foreign/Second Language, German Studies or a degree course with linguistic components (including in multiple degree courses, such as e.g. teacher training courses for different school forms)

    • (1) in-depth skills in linguistics (with Germanic components)
      (2) basic skills in foreign/second language didactics or foreign/second language acquisition research
      (3) Knowledge of two foreign languages, whereby one of the foreign languages must be at least at level B2 and the other foreign language at least at level A1
      (4) If you have gained a language other than German as your first language and your higher education entrance qualification is not in German, you only need to provide proof of knowledge of another foreign language at least at level A1
