      In addition to the combination of new work and coaching, your degree course includes management-oriented vocational training that helps you understand the reality of life and the business processes of executives and managers and to advise them.     • To apply for the MBA course in Business Coaching and New Work Organisational Development, you will need:

      - University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma degree) worth at least 180 ECTS + at least 3 years of professional experience in management, consulting or HR or
      - University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma degree) worth at least 240 ECTS + at least 2 years of professional experience in management, consulting or HR
      -Letter of motivation
      - Certificate of general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification
      - Curriculum vitae with current passport photo
      - Copy of identity document (front and back), copy of passport or national identity card for foreign students

      NOTICE: All students who start with fewer than 240 ECTS must also complete a practice-oriented bridge module during their studies, in which their previous professional experience is classified and reflected in relation to the degree programme.
