- Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The Master’s in Production Optimisation is aimed at specialists and executives in production management as well as at individuals with potentials who see a future for themselves in this field. At the centre of the course is the increase in efficiency of a production while maintaining excellent quality by means of innovative methods, processes and tools. Key areas include: Process and material flows, manufacturing processes, value creation optimisation, energy efficiency, environment and recycling, cost management and personnel management.
  
  The course is offered as a career-integrated postgraduate course based on the blended learning concept. Attendance phases are generally scheduled for the beginning and end of the semester as part of block lectures (Friday/Saturday). The standard period of study is 6 semesters. There is the possibility of shortening the duration of studies through the recognition of academic and professional achievements.

- 1) First professionally qualifying university degree in the field of Engineering (including Industrial Engineering) with at least 210 ECTS points (applicants with 180 ECTS points can compensate for this in a previous semester)
