    • Annotation of the Higher Education Institution In the Bachelor’s degree programme in Continuing Education, specialisation Therapy, you will acquire all the necessary knowledge and skills to help shape the training, further education and continuing professional development of therapists as a teacher in a therapeutic profession in a competent and responsible manner. On the basis of self-reflection, you will systematically build up your teaching skills in order to develop the subject-specific, methodological and social skills and the self-competence of your learners through your teaching. Through your studies, you will develop your strengths and identify and utilise your existing development potential. Education opens up new perspectives for you. The interprofessional modules promote multi-perspective thinking and acting as a prospective teacher. The course content ranges from medical, scientific and professional skills to vocational education with intensive application and practical modules, culminating in a Bachelor’s thesis. We will reflect on the current state of research with you. Elective modules allow you to specialise.
  • Access and Admission Requirements
    • Mode of admission selection procedure / qualifying examination
    • Admission semester summer and winter semester
    • - Higher education entrance qualification (general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification) and three years of professional training in a relevant health profession
      - or completed three years of professional training in a relevant health profession with continuing education as a teacher and a counselling interview at the Fürth campus
      - or completed three years of professional training in a relevant health profession and three years of full-time professional experience and a counselling interview at the Fürth campus
      - In the event of admission under Art. 45 (2) Higher Education Act of Bavaria (BayHSchG), you will study the first two semesters as trial semesters
