      - Further training, conferences or similar events of at least 5 days
      - Research or study visits abroad with a total of at least four weeks
      - Prizes or awards (e.g. Green Challenge - idea competition of the DSG, Grow Award - Landgard and TASPO Foundation, Klasmann - Deilmann Award)
      - Special scientific achievements in plant research, which must be described and recognised in a letter of recommendation from a university teacher
