Annotation of the Higher Education Institution
The Curative Education (B.A.) degree course opens the door to the upbringing, education, challenge and support of people of all ages with physical, mental or psychological impairments. Practical and scientifically based, you will work through the various facets of curative education and learn how to draw up individual support and treatment plans, analyse, develop and implement concepts for participation. Furthermore, you will deal with psychological, medical and ethical issues. Thanks to this interdisciplinary approach, you will not only get to know the core area of curative education, but also areas of connection with other specialist disciplines. After graduation you will be a state-approved curative educator and will be part of an interdisciplinary team that promotes inclusion and participation.

Next Generation University since 1848In 1848, Carl Remigius Fresenius opened his "Chemical Laboratory" in Wiesbaden - and thus laid the foundation for our university. The laboratory also included a chemistry school, where Carl Remigius dedicated himself to educate the next generation of professionals.

You can choose between a great variety of study programs, such as fashion, chemistries, international business or sustainability in fashion industry. Many of the German-speaking students at Hochschule Fresenius gain international and intercultural experience by spending a semester abroad. In our full-time business study programs, you have the option to make a so-called Integrated Semester Abroad in New York, Shanghai or Sydney, to participate in the ERASMUS program or to become a Freemover.
