- Target group The Master's degree programme is aimed at holders of the Bachelor's degree who aspire to demanding management activities or a leadership role in the public sector. The degree programme is also suitable for those who want to continue their career in public service and qualify for higher positions. A successfully completed first professionally qualifying degree leading to a professional qualification at a state or state-recognised institution of higher education is required. A good final grade (at least an overall grade of 2.5 or an ECTS grade of "C") is also a prerequisite.
