In the second semester, findings and therapy processes are taught. The third semester serves the in-depth study of diagnosis and treatment. It serves as preparation for the practical phases in the fourth and fifth semesters. The sixth semester serves to deepen professional skills and to prepare students for the Staatsexamen (State Examinations). The seventh and eighth semesters are pure university semesters for the specialisation in therapeutic skills, whereby the eighth semester is reserved entirely for a scientific practical project and the subsequent Bachelor's thesis.
