    • Annotation of the Higher Education Institution The aim of the Master's programme is to impart comprehensive competencies for students to work in the main fields of work and Organisational Psychology. These include in particular human resources, occupational health promotion and occupational safety as well as advisory services in the area of personnel and organisation. The Master's degree enables independent scientific work as well as practical work on a scientific basis in all subject areas of work and organisational Psychology. Both the scientific and the practical field of work and Organisational Psychology are therefore characterised by interdisciplinarity and a close interlinking of psychological and economic issues.
