    • Target group The course is aimed at graduates of a Law degree who wish to gain competence in handling legal cases with international involvement. The Master's programme is particularly concerned with private international law and procedural law as well as European harmonized private law.

      The international double degree (Master II at the Université de Bourgogne) will only awarded with a completed Bachelor's degree in "German and French Law".

      If the Bachelor degree certificate is not available by the application deadline, but at least 135 credit points can be demonstrated: Submit a certificate of study and examinations and the average grade achieved so far. (This certificate must be issued by the relevant higher education institution, original or officially authenticated copy). After enrolment, the diploma must be submitted.

      If the degree was obtained abroad: officially authenticated copy of a certificate of recognition (responsible: Student Service - Admission International).

    • Evidence of a Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent degree from a university in Germany or abroad. The Bachelor's degree course must be worth 240 credit points (CP), of which at least 30 CP were completed in courses conducted in French with at least 10 CP in content related to Private International Law and European Private Economic Law.
      Students are required to have sufficient English language proficiency.
      Applicants who obtained neither their higher education entrance qualification at a German-speaking institution nor a degree in a course conducted in German are required to provide evidence of German proficiency at the level of the "German Language Test for Admission to Higher Education for Foreign Students" (DSH).
