- A qualifying certificate of academic degree in Design or design-related fields such as Product, Communication, Media, Interior Design, Architecture, Art or Art History is required.

- Required language skills
- Required minimum language skills that must be proven by passing one or more of the following language tests:
  - IELTS (English): 7.0
  - TOEFL IBT (English): 100
  - Other English language certificates: Proof of graduation from an English-medium university is also accepted
- Required practical experience
  In addition to completing your first university degree, you need the following practical experience to be admitted onto this degree programme:
  - 12 months Work experience in the field of Design or design-related fields such as product, communication, media, interior design, architecture, art or art history or similar
