Then opt for the "Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour" Master's degree programme (M.Sc. in HRM & OB) at the RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau. This cross-location, research-orientated degree course teaches you the skills required for responsible, agile HR management that focuses on the needs of people and organisations alike. The MSc in HRM & OB will present you future topics in business, technology and society. You will analyse their significance for the people in organisations and develop solutions for sustainable HR management.

      The MSc course in HRM & OB combines two disciplines:
      • Human Resource Management (HRM), which deals with the effective and efficient management of human resources in organisations, and
      • Organisational Behaviour (OB), which examines the influencing factors and effects of the actions of individuals and groups in an organisation and the organisation itself.

    • The admission requirement to the Master's degree course is a professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree with at least a final grade of 2.5 in a degree course with
      1. at least 60 ECTS in economics modules and/or in modules from related subjects with a clear reference to Human Resource Management and/or Organisational Behaviour and
      2. at least 10 ECTS in modules with a focus on statistics, econometrics, data science and methods of empirical research or equivalent content.

      It is assumed that the student has sufficient active and passive English language skills to be able to read specialised literature in English and to participate in courses in English.; This also includes the preparation of study achievements and examination achievements in English.
