The course content refers to content-related competences and methodological skills in economic geography and its various sub-areas. Students acquire subject-specific knowledge and methodological skills to be able to describe, analyse, explain, assess and forecast socio-economic processes from a multi-scalar, theory-based perspective. The focus is on the acquisition of theoretical analytical knowledge and the strengthening of problem-solving skills related to the professional field.
